  • 1/2 lb Breakfast sausage
  • 10 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Your favorite veggies
  • 1/4 Cup Shredded Cheese


  • Over medium heat, brown sausage
  • Add vegetables
  • In medium bowl, mix egg, heavy cream and all seasonings
  • Add to sausage and vegetables
  • Bake at 375° for 10 minutes
  • **If the eggs have not set, cook an additional 2 minutes
