Filet Mignon with Wild Mushroom and Red Wine
Ingredients
- 1 pound Filet tips
- 8 Pearl onions
- 1 cup Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup tomato
- 3 Sprigs of chopped parsley
- 4 Leaves of sage
- 3 oz Red Wine
- 4 oz Beef Stock
- 3 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Season filet tips
- Put oil in pan and heat
- Sauté filet tips to your desired temperature
- Add mushrooms, tomato and pearl onions
- Add parsley and sage
- Add red wine to deglaze pan. Let cook for 30 seconds
- Add butter
- Sauté all together for 2 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy
