
Grilled Oysters

- Grill
Ingredients
- 2 oz Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Cloves of garlic Diced
- 4 tbsp Melted butter
- 1/4 Bunch of parsley
- 1/4 Bunch of cilantro
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- 1 Lime Juiced
- Ancho Chile Salt Optional
- Chile flakes Optional
- Salt & Pepper To taste
Instructions
- Heat grill on high
- Place oysters on hot grill until they start to open
- Remove from the grill
- Remove the top shell
- Add all other ingredients into bowl – mix well
- Add 1 Tbsp of sauce to the top of each oyster
- Return to grill for 30 seconds
- Remove from grill and enjoy warm
