Grilled Oysters

  • Grill


  • 2 oz Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves of garlic Diced
  • 4 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1/4 Bunch of parsley
  • 1/4 Bunch of cilantro
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • Ancho Chile Salt Optional
  • Chile flakes Optional
  • Salt & Pepper To taste


  • Heat grill on high
  • Place oysters on hot grill until they start to open
  • Remove from the grill
  • Remove the top shell
  • Add all other ingredients into bowl – mix well
  • Add 1 Tbsp of sauce to the top of each oyster
  • Return to grill for 30 seconds
  • Remove from grill and enjoy warm
