Maryland Style Crab Cake

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay
  • 1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Sprigs Parsley
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 LB Lump Crab Meat


  • In med mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, egg and all seasoning – mix well
  • Add crab to mixture
  • Gently fold to not break up crab
  • Form into crab cakes
  • Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
  • Place crab cakes in sauté pan and brown on both sides
  • Once browned, place in 350° oven for 6 minutes
  • If only cooking in oven (no sauté pan) – cook on 350° for 11 minutes
