
Maryland Style Crab Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay
- 1/4 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 Sprigs Parsley
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 LB Lump Crab Meat
Instructions
- In med mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, egg and all seasoning – mix well
- Add crab to mixture
- Gently fold to not break up crab
- Form into crab cakes
- Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Place crab cakes in sauté pan and brown on both sides
- Once browned, place in 350° oven for 6 minutes
- If only cooking in oven (no sauté pan) – cook on 350° for 11 minutes
