Shredded Beef Chili

Shredded Beef Chili

  • 3 lbs Chuck roast
  • 3 Cans Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Cans Fire roasted tomato puree
  • 16 oz Beef stock
  • 1 Medium white onion
  • 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Coriander
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp Cayenne
  • Salt & Pepper To taste


  • Season beef
  • In skillet, over medium to high heat – add oil
  • Add beef and brown
  • Add onions, beef stock and kidney beans
  • Stir well
  • Cook in 325° oven for 3 1/2 hours
  • Add your favorite toppings and enjoy
