Shredded Beef Chili
Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chuck roast
- 3 Cans Red Kidney Beans
- 2 Cans Fire roasted tomato puree
- 16 oz Beef stock
- 1 Medium white onion
- 2 Tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp Cumin
- 2 Tbsp Coriander
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- ½ Tsp Cayenne
- Salt & Pepper To taste
Instructions
- Season beef
- In skillet, over medium to high heat – add oil
- Add beef and brown
- Add onions, beef stock and kidney beans
- Stir well
- Cook in 325° oven for 3 1/2 hours
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy
