  • 1 lb Burger
  • 4 English Muffins
  • 4 Poached eggs
  • ¼ Cup Hollandaise sauce
  • 12 Strips of bacon
  • Sriracha To taste


  • Cook burger to desired temperature
  • Toast English muffins
  • Place poached egg on top of burger
  • Add bacon
  • Add hollandaise over the top of the burger and bacon
  • Sriracha to taste
