Notes

One of my dad’s favorite sides to grilled meats or simply eaten with bread this fresh in your mouth dip was almost always present at our dinner table. The beauty of Palestinian cuisine is it embraces simple elements that add complexity and a healthy appeal to any table. Serve it with m’sakahn rolls or simply with veggie sticks, the combination of radish-like kick, garlic, and yogurt smoothness makes this dip a must-have especially during grilling season in the summer. This one quickly became my favorite as I was growing up, and it surely will become yours. Sahtayn, enjoy!
